Job summary

The HealthCare Initiative is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead imaging services across multiple locations in Oregon. This working manager role balances department leadership with hands-on clinical involvement, guiding a team of ~30 professionals and shaping imaging services as the organization grows.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, collaborate across CT and general radiology, and ensure excellent patient care while developing staff and improving operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences is required.
• 4+ years of imaging experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• ARRT certification and CT registration.
• OBMI and CT licensure; current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 30 imaging professionals across multiple locations.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for permanent staff and traveling personnel.
• Utilize PACS and work across imaging services, including CT and general radiology.
• Balance department leadership with clinical involvement to shape imaging services.
