Job summary

Modular Devices is seeking an Imaging Service Manager to lead our x-ray service, installation, and operations teams with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a customer-centric culture.

This role is office-based in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of field service experience in healthcare imaging and 5+ years in people leadership; occasional travel and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of field service experience in healthcare.
• 3–5 years of servicing imaging equipment (Cath, CT, PET/CT and/or MRI) preferred.
• GE, Philips, or Siemens imaging experience required; certifications desirable.
• 5+ years of successful service team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead imaging service team to meet customer service expectations and financial metrics.
• Set expectations, priorities, and performance standards; ensure accountability and follow-through.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and train service staff in x-ray service, installation, and operations.
• Lead preventive maintenance program and manage field logistics and readiness for deliveries.
• Track performance and mentor team members; manage staffing ومrus
