Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Imaging Service Manager to lead our x-ray service, installation, and operations teams. The role demands a proactive leader who prioritizes customer satisfaction and a culture of service excellence.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, and field service logistics to meet or exceed expectations. This is a full-time, office-based role that may require travel and occasional longer hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field service experience in healthcare.
• 3-5 years of experience with servicing or installing Cath, CT, PET/CT and/or MRI preferred.
• GE, Philips, or Siemens hands-on imaging experience required; certifications highly desirable.
• 5+ years of successful experience managing and leading a service team that delivers superb customer service, with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage Imaging Service Team by directing, coordinating, and leading the organization to meet customer service expectations and financial metrics.
• Communicate expectations, priorities, and performance standards to service engineers, ensuring accountability and follow-through on assigned work.
• Lead and foster a positive, inclusive work culture and empower team members to grow professionally.
• Serve as the primary customer advocate and introduce yourself to customers as the Service Team Manager.
• Uphold company Customer Service policies and train the x-ray service, installation, and operations teams.
• Oversee readiness for new x-ray system deliveries, including HVAC service agreements and Pre-Delivery calls.
