Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise imaging services within the Urgent Care modality. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high quality patient care and compliance with standards.

The role requires ARRT eligibility, JRCERT radiography training, and CT license eligibility where applicable. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for coordinating between Radiology and Urgent Care teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily imaging operations, workflow, and quality control.
• Mentor staff and students; coach and counsel; assist with staffing schedules.
• Perform QA and QC checks; coordinate machine maintenance and issue resolution.
• Act as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics to ensure up-to-date practices.
• Perform imaging procedures with initiative and professionalism; model teamwork and morale.
• Apply teamwork principles to deliver patient services.
