Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check-In/Administrative duties: verify appointments, collect and link lab orders, and ensure pre-authorizations where needed.
• Coordinate patient flow, assist with labs, and manage PHI confidentiality.
• Communicate across leadership and teams, escalating issues as necessary.
• Support regulatory compliance and participate in quality improvement efforts.
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging IT systems (Epic, RTLS, Sunquest) as part of daily duties.
