Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced imaging executive to lead a complex radiology department in Wisconsin. The role focuses on system-wide coordination of imaging functions, quality assurance, compliance, budgeting, and staff leadership in a multi-modality setting including Nuclear Medicine.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration or related field, plus extensive experience managing budgets, capital planning, and provider relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging functions system-wide, aligning infrastructure and operations.
• Lead ongoing Quality Assurance program to maintain high patient care standards.
• Ensure imaging services comply with The Joint Commission and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor pricing and cost structures to align with department guidelines.
• Oversee equipment service program and capital planning for imaging services.
• Coordinate maintenance agreements to control costs and ensure compliance.
• Perform HR responsibilities including hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Develop operating and capital budgets within approved objectives.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.
