Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve objectives.
• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards.
• Directs and evaluates operations including patient care, information systems, service levels, and complaint management.
• Plans staffing activities including hiring, orientation, evaluation, and education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates budgets and ensures compliance with funding; coordinates audits.
• Fosters professional growth and integrates evidence-based practices and HIPAA compliance.
