Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• 7 years in a large, complex radiology department with Nuclear Medicine.
• 3 years in management with staff, budgets and multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate imaging functions and lead strategic initiatives.
• Manage Quality Assurance to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitor charges and align pricing with department guidelines.
• Oversee equipment service, budgeting and maintenance.
• Handle HR duties including hiring, evaluations and staff development.
• Develop operating and capital budgets and control expenditures.
• Uphold organizational ethics and policies.
