Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field.
• Five years of prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates imaging services activities to insure that services are provided on schedule with quality and cost objectives.
• Implements quality improvements to deliver the right test to the right patient at the right time.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for imaging operations including budgets and process improvement.
• Ensures imaging services comply with regulations and laws.
• Hires, orients, evaluates and rewards/disciplines leadership for the Imaging department.
• Manages department personnel development and performance reviews.
• Establishes an organizational plan and delegates responsibilities.
• Oversees capital budgets and cost management.
