McLaren Health Care is seeking a Director of Radiology Services for the McLaren Hospital Group. The role leads the Radiology service line, aligning mission, vision, and values with administrative, financial, and regulatory requirements across hospital and ambulatory settings.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and implements the Radiology service line organization plan to ensure best value in health care as defined by quality outcomes and cost.
• Develops, interprets and administers service line policies, procedures, protocols, rules, regulations, and instructions.
• Plans and administers directly or through staff the effective management and delivery of Radiology services in accordance with hospital, system and regulatory standards.
• Promotes a positive engaging work environment for Directors and Managers, students, and patients; mentors or coaches direct reports.
• Ensures Directors and Managers have the processes, systems, tools, and equipment needed to perform job functions.
• Develops capital and operating budgets to meet service line goals; monitors adherence and resolves variances.
• Seeks to improve quality of services by developing hospital-based QAPI initiatives and competencies.
• Models a culture of customer service excellence as shown by patient, employee, and physician satisfaction.
• Oversees new program development within Radiology services and marketing to meet patient/community and physician needs.
• Maintains knowledge of current standards of practice and emerging developments in the rehabilitative field.
• Serves as a resource for resolving complex problems and taking corrective actions in response to incidents or complaints.
• Collaborates with hospital administrators and department leaders to improve cooperation and patient care experience.
• Represents Radiology on hospital committees to improve processes.
• Performs other related duties as required and directed.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field

Masters degree or must complete Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field within 18 months of starting position

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in hospital, health system, or healthcare consulting environments
