Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI is seeking a results-driven imaging leader to manage daily operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, including CT, MRI, PET, and Ultrasound services. You will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and alignment with hospital goals.

As the departmental leader, you will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and participation in system-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical healthcare discipline, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified/registered in General Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, or MR technologist credentials.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in Diagnostic Imaging.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification by end of orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
• Represent imaging on hospital committees and drive quality initiatives.
• Oversee staffing schedules, performance appraisals, and budgets.
• Develop and monitor policies, procedures, and compliance with JC and DMC standards.
• Support process improvements and departmental productivity reporting.
