Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking an Imaging Services Supervisor in Michigan to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned imaging sections. You will ensure efficient testing workflows, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory standards, while supporting department policy development and quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires an associate degree in healthcare or business administration and at least four years of related experience, with preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
• Four years of experience in related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively direct/supervise employees.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
• Position/Subsidiary Specific: Associates in Radiology, CT, Sonography, or Nuc Med

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day operations of the assigned imaging section(s).
• Plans daily work schedule and assignments for section(s) insuring that work is done and reported promptly and accurately.
• Recognizes the need for and assumes departmental responsibilities daily, when scheduled or in the case of staffing shortages.
• Ensures testing operates efficiently and effectively, in accordance with all system and regulatory agency standards.
• Provides technical resource to imaging staff and participates in hiring process.
