Qualifications

• Proven leadership in imaging or healthcare operations.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing and performance management.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and radiation safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead departmental goals and standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily imaging operations, equipment maintenance, and tech upgrades.
• Direct staff recruitment, training, evaluations, and development.
• Manage budgets and resources within approved limits.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance across imaging services.
• Promote evidence-based practices and patient safety in imaging.
• Monitor performance metrics, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to resolve issues.
