Job summary

Duke Health's Duke Raleigh Hospital in Raleigh, NC invites an experienced Imaging Services Manager to lead daily operations across assigned imaging areas. You will supervise staff, ensure safety/compliance, and collaborate with physicians to optimize patient care.

Required ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB certification and BLS, plus 3 years of supervisory experience in imaging (or 2 years in imaging plus 3 in non-radiology). The role emphasizes budget oversight and service development.

Qualifications

• ARRT, ARDMS, and/or NMTCB certification may be required per imaging modality.
• Three years of team leader/supervisory experience in an imaging modality or two years of experience in an imaging modality plus three years in a non-radiology supervisory role.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily operation of assigned areas and staff.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and enforce departmental programs, policies, procedures and protocols; ensure documentation for compliance with safety, environmental and infection control standards and with regulatory bodies.
• Direct maintenance of department facilities, equipment, supplies and materials to promote safe, efficient services.
• Market and promote Imaging services to referring physicians and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and foster collaboration among clinical departments to ensure integrated imaging services and resolution of issues.
