Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• BLS and ARRT certifications.
• Experience in imaging services or hospital administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical objectives.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with funding and audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
• Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
