Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• BLS and ARRT certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements departmental goals and standards in line with regulatory and organizational objectives.
• Directs operations including patient care delivery, IT systems, service levels, and complaint management.
• Plans staffing, hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education.
• Prepares and monitors budgets; ensures compliance with allocated funding and internal/external audits.
• Leads staff development and applies evidence-based practices.
