Job summary

OSS Health in Enola, PA is seeking an Imaging Patient Coordinator to efficiently process all patient imaging visits while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will verify demographics, update charts, schedule appointments, collect and post charges, and support the billing process using Medent and Syngo daily. A high school diploma and at least one year in a medical setting are preferred; strong computer and communication skills are essential.

• Understanding of medical and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors professionally and helpfully.
• Verifies demographics and updates patient charts.
• Scans insurance cards and collects referrals.
• Registers patients for visits and schedules appointments.
• Answers phones and directs calls as needed.
• Provides on-call coverage for weekends/evenings.
• Posts charges and assists with billing-related information.
• Uses Medent and Syngo daily for processing.
