Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging procedures and manage related clerical tasks.
• Answer phones professionally and obtain patient demographics.
• Obtain consent, verify payer information, and secure prior authorizations.
• Input orders and reminders into EMR/PACS systems.
• Assist with importing CD reports for patient care.
• Support department audits and improvement activities.
