Qualifications

• Experience using computers in an office setting or data entry.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Medical terminology or training (preferred).
• Experience in a Radiology setting (preferred).
• Bilingual (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients for examination and provide instructions regarding exam preparation.
• Coordinate emergency and add-on examinations with technical staff and radiologists.
• Prioritize patient examinations and coordinate multiple exams with other areas.
• Provide information concerning examination content, pre-examination instructions, and timetables.
• Act as a liaison between physician offices and department regarding needed preps, information, and problems.
• Answer calls and route them to appropriate personnel.
