Summit Health in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking an Imaging Scheduler/PSR to greet patients, manage appointments and handle payments in a patient-centric front desk role.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking, with 0–2 years experience. A High School Diploma is required, with preferred experience in scheduling and EHR systems. The schedule is Monday–Friday with potential evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Diploma from a vocational or technical program preferred.
• 0-1 years experience required; 2-4 years preferred.
• One year of Receptionist/Scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients and callers in person and by phone in a courteous, timely manner.
• Schedules and reschedules radiology-related appointments per protocol.
• Collects patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Explains pre-exam prep and materials to patients.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and orderly reception area.
