Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience preferred.
• General knowledge of compliance and regulations procedures.
• Strong data entry accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute interoffice mail for collateral services.
• Scan and image documents into appropriate software systems.
• Retrieve loan files for the collateral team so they are ready to prepare the releases.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Create and maintain records for offsite files.
• Assist in data cleanup and formatting, identifying, and resolving inconsistencies or errors.
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisors and update team members on data entry status.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist other associates when needed and any other duties as assigned.
