Job summary

Bankmw is seeking an Imaging Specialist II to manage the imaging of Consumer 1-4, Residential, Family and Commercial loan files. This role includes prep, scanning, indexing, and handling subpoena and compliance requests, with strict adherence to security and record-keeping policies.

The candidate will work with Capital Stream and Vision Content, maintain the Loan Origination Log, and support compliance training and internal controls. Strong MS Office skills and accurate data entry are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant imaging experience.
• Experience with imaging workflows (Capital Stream, Vision Content) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Image loan files (new and renewed) and prepare, scan and index documents.
• Image loan packets and monitor work requests from the Loan Operations BMW Files group.
• Download/upload original and renewed electronic files from Capital Stream to Vision Content; transfer, convert, and index documents; secure originals in fireproof cabinets.
• Prepare subpoena responses by providing loan files to the legal department and respond to compliance requests.
• Complete monthly compliance training and adhere to internal processes and controls.
