Bank Midwest is seeking an Imaging Specialist II to image and index loan files, including Consumer 1-4 Residential, Family and Commercial loans. You will handle file transfers from Capital Stream to Vision Content, maintain the Loan Origination Log, and secure original documents in fireproof cabinets.

You will also process subpoena requests, support compliance, and complete monthly training to stay aligned with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant job experience.

Mansioni

• Imaging loan files for Consumer 1-4 Residential, Family and Commercial loans and preparing, scanning and indexing.
• Imaging paid release packets and managing file transfers from Capital Stream to Vision Content.
• Maintain Loan Origination Log, secure originals in fireproof cabinets, and handle subpoena requests for loan files.
