Responsibilities

• Organize, file, maintain and track all Consumer and Commercial collateral documentation.
• Review collateral records and loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Process collateral documentation to ensure priority lien position.
• Safekeep original loan and collateral documents in fireproof file cabinets.
• Process liens, guarantees, and payoffs; communicate with customers and staff as needed.
