Corewell Health Hastings site seeks an experienced Radiology Department Supervisor to oversee operations for CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and other modalities. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with radiologists to enhance service quality.

The role covers Imaging Admin Ambulatory at Grand Rapids Hospital and reports to Imaging leadership. The position is full-time, day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8a–5p, based at Pennock Hospital in Hastings,

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Radiology or Imaging required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in health care or related field preferred.
• 3 years of relevant leadership experience in Radiology.
• CRT-BLS certifications required.
• Multiple CRT certifications (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, etc.).
• ARRT/ARDMS/NMTCB/ARMRIT credentials encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Radiology Department operations across CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and ultrasound.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan Public Health Code and Joint Commission requirements.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain high-quality care.
• Drive performance improvement and monitor quality indicators.
• Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and staff development.
