Job summary

Corewell Health Hastings seeks an experienced Radiology Department Manager to supervise operations across CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Ultrasound and more. Ensures compliance with state, federal and Joint Commission standards while directing staff and collaborating with radiologists to uphold high‑quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in a Radiology/Imaging modality.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Radiology leadership.
• AHA BLS and ARC/BLS 90 Days required.
• Multiple CRT certifications across CT, MRI, Nuc Med, Sonography, Mammography, VI, CI, VT, R, etc. Upon Hire required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of Radiology departments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide leadership and staff development.
• Manage budget and resources.
• Lead performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with radiologists and leadership to improve patient care.

Education

Associate's Degree in Radiology/Imaging

Bachelor's Degree in health care or related field

3 years leadership experience in Radiology

Tools

CRT certifications (BLS, CT, MRI, Nuc Med, Sonography)

ARDMS/ARRT/NMTCB certifications as listed
