Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences or related field preferred.
• ARRT certification in Radiology or eligible for registry.
• Iowa state credential (Iowa Permit to Practice) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis to identify issues and outcomes.
• Help plan and implement care delivery improvements and interdepartmental collaboration.
• Support quality improvement plans using indicators and data.
• Uphold ethics, privacy, and patient safety across the department.
• Promote evidence-based practice per ACR and state guidelines.
• Support staff education and professional development.
