Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a focus on Logistics within our Imaging department!

Responsibilities

1. Configuring and programming MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
2. Managing logistics: documentation, packing, and shipment of devices - US and OUS.
3. Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
4. Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, and site close-out.
5. Organizing device inventory and related supplies.
6. Managing inventory software system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required), in health sciences or related field.
• Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred.
• Team-player with excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, well-organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
