Advocate Health's Radiology department is seeking a part-time Administrative Aide to assist patients, coordinate scheduling, and support daily imaging operations at Advocate South Suburban Hospital. Qualifications

• Must have GED, HSED, or high school diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required upon hire.
• No experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in using computer applications and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in exam preparation and provide basic instructions.
• Transport patients between exam rooms and escort visitors as needed.
• Use radiology computer systems to generate requisitions and check schedules.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and maintain equipment.
• Greet patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and relay information to staff.
