Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Experience in technical, logistics, or parts-related industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer communication, follow-up, and sales transactions for medical imaging parts.
• Receive and manage incoming parts requests, locating parts from inventory or suppliers.
• Create parts quotes and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
• Build customer relationships through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the team and support additional duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
