Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking an Operations Lead to drive daily operational excellence at an imaging center. You will oversee patient flow, scheduling, front office operations, and clinical coordination to ensure smooth performance and timely care.

This hands-on role partners with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain regulatory compliance, with growth opportunities in healthcare operations and radiology workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred.
• Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations.
