Job summary

SimonMed is seeking an Operations Lead for daily management of an imaging center in Daly City, CA. You will drive patient flow, optimize schedules, and oversee front office and clinical coordination to deliver seamless patient experiences.

You will partner with staff and leadership to resolve issues in real time, monitor performance, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance while coaching the team toward continuous improvement and high-impact results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily operational excellence across imaging center workflows.
• Manage scheduling, capacity management, front office operations, and workflow optimization.
• Ensure patient access and high-performing site operations.
• Monitor performance trends and use data to identify gaps.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
• Lead and coach staff, coordinate with providers and leadership.
