Job summary

SimonMed Imaging in Daly City is seeking an Operations Lead to drive daily performance of an imaging center. You will ensure efficient workflows, strong patient access, and consistent execution across front office and clinical coordination functions.

As the operational backbone, you partner with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations
• Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred
• Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations
• Experience with TOS workflows, insurance coordination, and operational reporting preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced healthcare environment
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong accountability and follow‑through

$24 - $26 an hour
