Job summary

SimonMed is seeking an Operations Lead to drive daily performance of an imaging center, ensuring smooth patient flow, optimized schedules, and compliant site operations. You will lead hands-on in front office and clinical coordination, partnering with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues and improve processes.

You’ll gain a high-impact role with exposure to radiology workflows, capacity management, and cross-functional collaboration that impacts patient access and care delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in radiology, imaging, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with radiology systems such as EXA, RIS, and EMR preferred.
• Prior lead, senior, or informal supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient flow, scheduling, and front office operations.
• Experience with TOS workflows, insurance coordination, and operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site performance and patient flow.
• Ensure efficient workflows, strong patient access, and site-wide coordination.
• Coordinate front office and clinical coordination functions.
• Resolve issues in real time with staff and leadership; drive process improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to regulatory standards.
