Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead a team of associates in a document imaging operation, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of services that meet client expectations and business objectives. You will oversee daily production, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years leading operational teams, 3+ years in people management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading operational teams in production, document management, imaging, or related environments.
• 3+ years of direct people management, coaching, and employee development.
• Experience managing productivity, quality, and service level performance in a deadline-driven setting.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with employees, clients and senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with technology and support teams to implement improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of associates to meet production, quality and SLAs.
• Manage daily document imaging operations, prioritizing workflow and resources.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and development for the team.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in operational planning and strategic improvements for client needs.
• Collaborate with tech and support teams to implement updates and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, security, client commitments, and policies.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve efficiency through process changes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and clients to address issues and ensure service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate performance, risks, staffing, and improvement plans.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, customer focus and continuous improvement.
