Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supports inventory and equipment management, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and coordinating preventative maintenance.
• Maintains effective communication with staff, leadership, clinical partners, facilitating alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Collaborates with radiologists and other providers to support protocol adherence, service coordination, and exam quality.
• Leads or supports quality improvement initiatives, including image quality audits, workflow optimization, and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Ensures patient safety and experience standards are met, addressing concerns and promoting a culture of empathy and accountability.
