Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Imaging Supervisor to lead daily production activities converting physical documents into digital assets. You will drive productivity, foster a safe, engaged team, and ensure deliverables meet strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience in high-volume production, strong project management and QA knowledge, and familiarity with document imaging workflows, including Kofax.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervising a team in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and quality controls.
• Experience with document imaging/data capture and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead daily operations to meet project goals and timelines in digital conversion.
• Mentor and develop department staff; establish standards and measures.
