Iron Mountain is seeking an Imaging Operations Manager in El Segundo, CA. You will oversee daily imaging operations, streamline workflows, and uphold high imaging standards while coordinating with branch on DMS calls.

You’ll drive capacity planning, ensure data integrity, and lead implementations to improve service delivery. The role requires a Secret DoD clearance, a Bachelor’s in Business or CS, and 5–7 years in related roles with 2–3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret DoD Clearance (Tier 3); US citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science; post-graduate education is a plus.
• 5-7 years of computer experience, with 2-3 years in management and operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Windows environment and imaging; Kofax experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imaging operations; manage daily activities.
• Analyze and modify workflow performance; maintain imaging equipment.
• Support local sales staff and train new staff in imaging processes.
• Assist with batch classes as needed; recommend improvements to management.
• Coordinate local operations for chain of custody and security.
