• Oversee on-site imaging services including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, mammography, and related modalities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standardized workflow processes to drive efficiency, throughput, and quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to meet volume demands.
• Ensure timely coordination of patient care in partnership with physicians, nurses, and ancillary departments.
• Lead surge, inclement weather and other planning efforts to assure patient throughput and staffing.
