Job summary

MaineGeneral Health System is seeking an Imaging RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations across Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Vascular Access, Breast Care, and Infusion Clinic. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and efficient operations.

The supervisor will oversee staff, coordinate care, manage resources, and promote professional development, quality improvement, and emergency preparedness in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Maine is required.
• Leadership experience in interventional radiology, cardiac cath lab, or related specialty is preferred.
• BLS and ACLS are preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Coordinate patient flow between units to maximize resources.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and coordinate services with staff and physicians.
• Resolve complaints and make administrative decisions in absence of management.
