Ideal candidates are ARRT-registered technologists with Maine licensure, plus strong leadership and administrative skills to drive service excellence in a fully digital radiology environment.

Qualifications

• ARRT-registered technologist required.
• Maine state radiologic technologist license required.
• 2+ years leadership experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
• 5+ years diagnostic radiology experience preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor and empower staff and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff on performance expectations.
• Lead handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Coordinate patient care with the healthcare team to ensure outcomes.
• Assist with equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
