Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in office, operations or imaging/mailroom environment.
• Ability to lift/move 20-50 pounds.
• Knowledge operating imaging and mail room equipment.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Must possess good organizational skills.
• Dependable and good team player.

Responsibilities

• Preps returned Mail and front-end documents using barcode coversheet.
• Logs contents of overnight packages in the overnight tracking database.
• Counts and batches documents for scanning and ensures accurate separation.
• Scans documents into the Image system and records batch information; troubleshoots scanning errors.
• Assists Mail Services by sorting multiple daily mail drops and filing Case Mail as time permits.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
