The Incoming Service Center Operations Specialist is responsible for the processing, imaging, routing, distribution, and retention of incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, claims, applications, and other business-critical documents. Ensures the accurate and timely flow of information through mail services, document management, data capture, quality review, and workflow activities in accordance with established policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Supports Incoming Service Center operations by performing mailroom, imaging, records management, research, and production support activities while collaborating with internal business partners to deliver efficient and secure information processing.
Onsite Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote. Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite. Onsite is full-time onsite.
$21.50 - $22.35 - $26.82 Hourly Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
