Job summary

Northwest Healthcare's Oro Valley Imaging department seeks an Imaging Lead to coordinate daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure high-quality, efficient imaging services. Working with the Imaging Director, you will manage staffing, adherence to protocols, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor quality metrics, support training, oversee regulatory compliance, and serve as a technical resource for imaging staff while maintaining patient-centered care and a safe work

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in diagnostic imaging or radiologic technology.
• Leadership or lead-level experience preferred.
• ARRT registration and state licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily imaging operations, staffing, and coverage.
• Serve as technical resource for protocols and equipment troubleshooting.
• Monitor PACS functionality, user access, and image records.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.
