Vail Health in Vail, Colorado, is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead hospital-based and outpatient imaging services across locations and modalities, ensuring safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care. You will partner with the Director of Imaging to advance workforce effectiveness, quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.

• 3 years of related experience, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities required.
• 5 years of related experience and previous formal supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day departmental operations across imaging locations and modalities, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Supports staffing strategies, recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention programs in collaboration with HR.
• Drives leadership development, accountability, and professional growth within the Imaging department.
• Leads departmental projects, process improvements, Epic optimization, equipment implementation, and quality initiatives.
• Ensures accreditation, policy maintenance, audits, and regulatory compliance across Joint Commission, ACR, and applicable standards.
• Oversees quality improvement initiatives, Kaizen activities, workflow redesign, and policy development.
• Collaborates with IT, EMR, Clinical Engineering, vendors, and others to optimize imaging operations.
• Manages education, in-service programs, competency initiatives, and continuing education for staff.
• Supports research-related imaging requirements and protocol management.
