Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking an Imaging Manager to lead and oversee the medical imaging department, ensuring high-quality imaging services, regulatory compliance, and best-practice implementation. You will coordinate with medical staff, supervise technologists, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement for patient care and efficiency.

The role requires directing operations, staffing, and quality initiatives while fostering collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in a closely related field required.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Imaging Director with daily operations and staffing decisions.
• Ensure workflow efficiency and staff scheduling to optimize resources.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Support budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop imaging staff and technicians.
• Maintain supplies and equipment and uphold safety standards.
