Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an IT Service Technician to provide on-site support for a federal customer in Frederick, MD. The role centers on imaging and distributing laptops, with broad IT support across hardware, software, and network tasks.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot SCCM/Intune imaging issues, assist with VPN and Citrix access, and collaborate with the image creation team and service desks. US citizenship and Security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 0–3 years of experience.
• USCitizen required.
• Strong TCP/IP understanding and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support imaging and distribution of laptops at the centralized imaging center.
• Troubleshoot imaging with SCCM and/or Intune; engage with support teams and customers.
• Provide on-site IT support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist with asset inventory and training.
