Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Required
• 1-3 years experience supporting healthcare IT, clinical applications, or radiology systems.
• 1-3 years experience with Windows/server environments and basic networking concepts.
• Knowledge of PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, and EMR/EHR systems (Medium proficiency).

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical and Application support for Imaging Departments including Radiology, Cardiology, Ortho and Radiology Oncology.
• Monitor system performance, availability, interfaces and data flow.
• Analyze radiology workflows and recommend process or technology improvements.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, configuration, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, support procedures, and technical specifications.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in application testing, change management, and disaster-recovery activities.
• Support integration of imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, and nuclear medicine.
• Assist with user training and provide technical guidance to Imaging staff.
• Maintain compliance with organizational security, privacy, and healthcare requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for troubleshooting, upgrades, and technical support.
• Participate in on-call or after-hours support when required.
