Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Pace Specialist in the Los Angeles area to train and support field teams on the PACE platform, documenting work, tracking parts, and recording activities.

This role will begin as a subject-matter expert and extend into hypercare and eventual opportunities within the Medical Solutions group. You will service imaging equipment in the metro area, interact with customers, and adapt to different shifts, including potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, or college, or military experience in a related technical field.
• Strong technical/electrical background required.
• Biomedical, med tech, or similar hands on technical experience is a plus.
• Open to entry level candidates with technical training or transitioning from the military.
• Minimum level: Foundation-level technical education or equivalent hands on training.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites.
• You are the face of the organization to the customer.
• Support a variety of diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as required; hypercare support after rollout.
• After hypercare, transition opportunities within the organization.
