Infosoft, Inc. is seeking a technically capable Customer Service Engineer to support medical imaging equipment in field-based, customer-facing environments within the Healthcare Diagnostics division.

The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting and independent work at healthcare facilities. You will begin by mastering the PACE service-management software, assisting field staff during implementation and post-launch support, and eventually supporting diagnostic imaging systems across the local

Qualifications

• Hands-on servicing of medical diagnostic imaging equipment such as CT, MRI, X-ray, fluoroscopy, radiography, ultrasound.
• Demonstrated field-service experience working independently at customer locations.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical/electronic/mechanical systems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject-matter expertise in the PACE platform for field-service activities, service documentation, labor/time, and parts consumption.
• Assist Customer Service Engineers with questions and issues related to PACE during implementation.
• Support post-launch hyper-care period by identifying and resolving operational issues in the new service workflow.
• Transition into a field-based Customer Service Engineer role supporting diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Install and place diagnostic imaging equipment into service at healthcare locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective service on imaging systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and complete repairs or replacements.
• Document service activities, equipment history, parts used, and labor/time clearly.
• Provide responsive technical assistance to customers and communicate issues professionally.
• Develop working relationships with customer personnel and internal teams.
• Manage service activities across an assigned metropolitan territory and plan accordingly.
• Support multiple imaging modalities as assigned.
